Booking Policies

  • A 50% deposit is due upon booking
  • The 50% balance is due 30 days before arrival
  • Rates are per night in US dollars and subject to change without notice
  • An additional 18% government tax is charged on top of our rates
  • Optional services may require additional fees (catamaran trips, private massages, etc)
  • No pets are permitted on the premises
  • Check-in time is at 4PM and check-out is 10AM
  • Check-in/check-out date can be arranged for another time, depending on availability
